Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Texas called Varsity Search. Varsity Search is an executive search firm (sometimes known as a headhunting firm or recruiting firm) which helps small and mid-size law firms hire attorneys. We set ourselves apart by getting to know our employer clients on a deeper level, and then presenting to them only those candidates who fit the profile the employer has laid out. We don't simply blast out resumes of candidates to all our employers and hope one sticks (as is common within the industry). The look/feel of this logo has to walk a line between being conservative enough to not offend or put off the older law firm partners who will likely be the decision makers who hire us and then hire the candidates, but also youthful/fun enough to reflect our startup nature and appeal to the 25-35 year old candidates. While we are beginning with a focus on the legal industry, it is very likely we will add industries in the future. Sports will be the next one (perhaps even immediately) and there could be others. Therefore it would be ideal to have a banner or similar space (see attachment for "Wolves" and "Football" example) where we would have the words "Legal" or "Sports" when we want to use a dedicated industry version of the logo. Finally, a large component of the marketing strategy is to create a network of podcasts catered to the legal industry in Texas, so we would love the logo to incorporate some subtle podcast/audio ideas. Because of the podcast component, we will need a very small secondary logo (probably a "V" as I put in the "Logo Text" form line that can go on podcast artwork, etc. (See attachment examples from the Bill Simmons Podcast and the Dave Ramsey Show with the Rs in the corner).
