Brief de Design de Figurine

Looking to create a whimsical logo of my dog Pete for my Hot spicy cooking oil. It should be colorful and make you laugh when you see him. There are certain characteristics about Pete that need to be captured for example how his tong hangs out of his mouth, curly rat tail and wire hair. Pete was an old man who was over weight with skinny legs. He also suffered from being attacked and loosing 80 percent of is lower jaw. That's why the tongue hangs out. He only had 4 teeth. You would never know that he had so many handicaps because he always was a tough rough confident around the edges kind of dog who handles his business. He was kookie looking a prankster with a big heart. Once you got past his look he was a total sweetheart. He was one heck of a rescue dog from a south TX ranch.
