Brief de Design de Logo

We require a logo design for a new company that will be based on the Gold Coast Australia. The name of the business is Global eSports Arena. We are working towards setting up an online gaming accessories website but at this stage just wanting to get the logo designed. In terms of the colours to be used in the logo we would like to see Pantone Black as a background then the use of pantone hexachrome cyan & magenta to start with. I do like the head to head logo but if you could incorporate the Global theme into somehow that would be great. I've attached some logos that may assist.
