Brief de Design de Logo

We have a logo but looking for options. Needs to reflect aims of the program including focus on neuroscience and human rights. Current logo has an iceberg which looks at behaviour below the surface so reflects importance of understanding. Would like some options that include the use of a head image to reflect the focus on neuroscience understanding of behaviour. Would prefer blue colour. Needs to be accessible for people with a disability. The final design should reflect the focus on understanding the experience of the person and empathy towards them. The parent company design "microboards" is also included below.
