Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo for my clinic, we already have one but I think we need to update. I made a design of a tulip, and I used differents shades of brown. but maybe monochrome would be the best idea for now. Because my clients are both man and woman. I do general plastic surgery and hair restoration surgery I would like that you look at my website to use my old logo as a reference. www.clinicagabriele.com.br.
I would like something that resembles a flower, but does not look like the logo of a flower shop. Something very stylized.
maybe something that took a while to identify as the tulip.
