Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my consulting, business advisory practice. Ive chosen the name TD Partners, LLC using my initials because I want the firm to be bigger than me alone. I help leaders and their leadership teams become healthy and smart. I use a comprehensive, proven system called EOS to help entrepreneurs and their teams strengthen the 6 key components of a great company. Additionally, I draw on my 25 years of management and leadership to provide strategic advisory services to coach and facilitate growth in the areas identified by the EOS system to be weak. (EOS: Entrepreneurial Operation System) I guarantee to deliver value throughout the EOS process or the client doesn't pay. My fees are expensive so I must be on point and the name to demonstrate trust and confidence in every aspect of my image is paramount. I like the color combination of orange PMS166, Blue 540 and a medium to light grey. I am not married to it but like it. Given my profession, my experience and the confidence I need to instill, I characterize the following traits to be important design considerations: Simple, clean, professional, contemporary yet "established," and memorable. I've thought to keep the company name, logo understated while potentially presenting my name in the foreground as hand written. Attaching file as ideas, not direction. The current tag line I am using in email etc is "helping leaders build great organizations! I don't know if that's perfect yet but I see that as easily updated unless it's built into the logo design. My top concern is provide a flair of creativity and innovation so not to look like a law firm or engineering firm
