Brief de Design de T-shirt

I have started my own construction shirt brand that has a lot of military designs as we are veteran owned. we are looking for a good vector illustrator to work with and have plenty of work! that being said the design we want right now is just a outline of a jack playing card from a common deck of cards. I would like to include most trades of construction like carpentry, sheet metal ect. for example maybe hes holding tools from different trades. I would like him to be a creepy detailed skeleton, so his hands and head should be a skeleton but still has the jack outfit on. I would like it to say somewhere in the design "Jack of all trades, Master of none" in a metal music type font. we would need to have a vector Ai file of the design. if you have any questions please feel free to message!
