This project is a menu for Pyngle's - a mobile catering company centered around healthy and sustainable eating.
The menu will be distributed in PDF and print formats. Because of the different mediums, it needs to be one page size.
Our menu will feature three healthy wraps:
The Garden - $7
Filled with Hummus, Fresh Roasted Peppers, Sliced Cucumber, Spinach, Mint Leaves, and Za'tar. (Our vegan option)
The Steak - $8
Filled with Seared Flat Iron Steak, Caramelized Onions, and Blue Cheese.
The Mediterranean - $7
Filled with Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Kalamata Olives, Pepperoncini, and Fresh Squeezed Lemon with a Feta Cheese and Labne Spread.
Pyngle's also provides:
Aquas Frescas - $3
A Refreshing Daily Blend of Fruit and Vegetable Purée, Chia Seeds, and Agave Nectar
Jamaica Blue Mountain Reserve Coffee - $2
Water - $1
The design should reflect Pyngle's colors of Orange and Green. We would also like a design that incorporates urban gardening, but how is up to you.
