Brief de Design Wordpress

We need a wordpress website design for a new company based in Houston, Texas (but has satellite locations in Cleveland, Ohio, Pensacola, Florida, Denver, Colorado and Denmark, Sweden). The company is called 'Harmonic Power Solutions' and we provide high end active harmonic filters. These filters provide a reliable, effective method to mitigate harmonics, getting them to the recommended levels. We would like to see the design flow and compliment the new logo. We like greys as well as green/blue (emerald) or any color that can describe the ocean. We want to evoke the warm feeling you get when looking at a beach (as we spend a lot of time on the water). Perhaps the website could have something with a 6 pulse or EKG lines (google images has these as examples).. but this is not totally necessary either. Similar companies that we are working with are Compsys and Vacon to give you a better idea. We like similar websites like: www.avalex.com; http://ccipower.com/; http://www.hdrinc.com/
We're looking it being mostly static, just with some movement only on the first page. We are wanting word press so we can alter it as we grow. Professionally taken as we speak. My father (the owner) would like some type of scrolling bar of our 'markets'.
