Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a T-Shirt design for a writing retreat for graduate students and college faculty. We will be meeting in Dallas over a weekend to collaborate on research projects and write manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.

The design will be screen-printed on a white 15-oz. coffee mug, and I would like it to be colored with the colors of the Texas state flag: red, white, and blue.

Would like some kind of graphic and the following text:

Spring 2014 Writing Retreat at the Texas Two-Story
You can put yer boots in the oven, but that don't make 'em manuscripts!
