Brief de Web Design

I need two templates designed for a wholesale food/catering business, one template for the home page and the other for detail pages. The overall template should be a simple, clean and clear design. I have provided the existing logo to which the templates should directly relate.
AfriCuisine supplies food based upon traditional Ghanian recipes to a number of stores across Canberra. In addition, AfriCuisine offers catering for public and private functions across the Canberra region.
The colours in the logo represent the national colours of Ghana (yellow, green, red and black) and the website content will also include traditional Ghanian Kente patterns which will add further colour elements to the site. On this basis, the template design needs to be fairly sparse so as not to compete with the colourful content of the website detail pages.
There is no requirement for specific pages to be designed, as these will be handled in the CMS implementation.
The information provided in the Word document is only designed to provide a sense of the intended content of the website, not as a requirement for specific pages to be produced.
