The brand behaves like a partner, doesn't treat customers / projects like a number to be delivered. We do not engage in relationships where trust is not at the core. We want to evoke a story of a dream become reality, of a successful transformation, of harnessed talent. We create genuine and collaborative communities, working together on a non-transactional basis. The brand also stands for the environment, people looking for a challenge and communities.Our target customers are Small & Medium Enterprises, ideally led by women, potentially with a family, between 30-50 years old, with a higher education and a budget to create a successful enterprise or revamp their existing marketing strategy to bring their enterprises to the next level. They might be unhappy with their previous employment experience, and decided to start an enterprise to re-gain full control of their work-life balance and pursue more satisfying objectives. Or they might be professionals (e.g. dentists, solicitors, psychologist, accountants etc.), pursuing similar objectives. The reason why they get in touch with us range from establishing their digital presence (through website, blog, socials etc.), to implementing an integrated marketing strategy (e.g. including product design & ‘marketing mix’, segmentation-targeting-positioning and branding).
