Brief de Design de Logo

We are a Los Angeles based floor cleaning company that does residential and commercial carpet cleaning.We clean carpets, tiles and concretes for residential houses and commercial offices, buildings, studios and many more. What I do wants is a clean logo nothing busy with blue's or red's nothing in the primary colors of RGB's and I'd like it to be more subdued. It can have a little edge to it but not comical or too serious either. I also want to give my consumer base the familiarity of the logo. I want to logo to be something that gives the "First and Last" impressions to client when they see it. I'd like it to be a logo that will remembered from the moment you see it.You can use any fonts you like as long as it is unique. I will need to trade mark the logo and used or paid ones are not accepted. You can try putting residential and commercial in the logo but I would like the words "LA'S Best" emphasized on the logo.
