We need a logo that is simple with one or 2 colors max with elements of houses and a "share" symbol. The sketch is take off of IOS' share box & arrow. It could be version of this sketch or something new a brilliant. It should be attractive to hipsters and successful millenials but still be solid and financially secure. We are inventing a start to finish collaborative ownership model of real estate. College friends, colleagues, or neighborhood acquaintances buying a second home together in a ski resort or their first home together in the city. It should communicate financial security, fun, adventure. The first sketch would be the flagship icon or symbol for the primary logo and subsequent sketches would be market specific versions for shares in the mountains, in the city, in a beach town or owning a boat.
