Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my business, Cape Celebrations a small business located in remote Weipa, Cape York, Queensland, Australia. The town is a mining town with a population of white and indigenous totalling approx. 2,500.

We offer:
- Gift Baskets
- Balloons
- Theming and Decoration
- Event Management

I want the logo to somehow depict the celebratory focus of the business but I do not want it to be all about balloons or all about gift baskets. Somehow I need to reflect all of the elements in a fun, eye catching way.

If possible, I would also like to reflect our location as Cape York is a remarkable part of Australia and Cape Celebrations is the only company offering these services locally to the communities of the Cape.
