I need a logo design for a marketing agency. I am a marketing expert that helps businesses look at their overall goals and what they've been doing to promote their business. I create strategic marketing analyses and plans to help their businesses grow. I build creative campaigns and promotions using all forms of marketing tactics: email marketing, advertising, creation of promotional materials (brochures, one-pagers, etc.), website designs, branding, public relations, marketing automation, internal/external communications, and sales support and enablement. I analyze marketing campaigns and make adjustments as we go so we are continually aligned with business goals and measuring our success to grow sales, awareness and overall business reputation.

- I want the logo to creatively display a rise in sales or a rise as in "improving." It should be conceptual and not literal. It should be modern, sleek, san serif font and clean and simple. Colors: I want gray as a foundation with a gradient as the accent - sunrise colors from purple to red/pink/orange/yellow. Open to suggestions!

- I do not want to use an arrow but if it's the only way we can think of "rising" or increasing/improving, that is fine - as long as it's done well (no dollar signs). No stars or suns - no serif fonts, nothing too bold or old fashioned looking. Nothing too busy.
