Brief de Design de Logo

We own large apartment complexes. We buy them in bad shape, and completely renovate the property with high end finishes (quartz/granite, stainless steel, etc). As part of this, we usually rebrand the property with a new name, new colors, and new signage. Going foward, we want to rebrand all of our apartment complexes under a unified name. For example, three properties we have are South Mountain Square, Ridgepoint, and Silver Tree. The new names will start with "Haven" and then finish with something related to the current site/location/street name, etc. So, we'll have Haven at South Mountain, Haven on 51st, Haven at Ridgepoint, Haven on 35th, etc. We need a logo that can be used for all of these properties, just swapping out the last word or two for each property. We're open to all ideas, but thinking maybe "Haven" larger and the main focus, and then "at South Mountain" a little smaller, almost like a tagline.We're also open to all colors, but we want a modern feel.
