Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new property rental company based in Croatia. We are investing in building modern and luxurious villas for guests wishing to experience the benefits of staying in a natural environment surrounded by trees and junipers, with a gorgeous sea view. Each villa will be located in an area which is very private and where you wont see the neighbors due to very lush green surrounding the property. We would like to see elegant logo designs which can be printed on dark business cards and also be monogramed on textiles. We would love our logo to be focused on juniper tree, as this is the name of the city the villas are going to be build in and there are many juniperus oxycedrus around. The company's name is Juniper Hill and we would love to see a tagline Luxury Living (or something like that).
