Brief de Design de T-shirt

We need a design for t-shirts for a Real Estate company. We honor ourselves in women empowerment, especially ethnic women. We would like a design that embodies an afrocentric women (without it being overly afrocentric). Would love the logo to have a women with a tool belt and stilettos and/or a building or a house (open to similar ideas as well).

Would like to stick to silhouettes (not a big fan of the eye imagery within typical silhouettes). Want to stick with black and white (potentially little pops of color). Also no full bodies. Shoulders/Faces only. No full t-shirt designs. The design should be just enough. The final design should communicate "I rock tool belts and stilettos" OR "Buy the bag and the building" One slogan on the shirt, not both.

I may do two different designs or I can probably use the same design and change out the slogans. I'm more concerned with the design.

• Want a subtle concept though. Anything too detailed or overpowering isn't it.

• full body, two open eyes on the face, design where the picture takes up the entire shirt.
