About us IQUOS is a new project management company based in Barcelona (Spain) that has been founded to help local and international clients achieve the successful completion of their construction projects within their cost, time and quality objectives. The construction industry traditionally has been considered as a sector with low productivity, often caused by a lack of activities integration across the project life cycle, and reluctant to adapt to new challenges. Therefore, it is essential for a project's success to have an experienced project management team on board that not only will coordinate all activities and stakeholders (designers, consultants, contractors, authorities) but also be empathetic and understanding to all team members and consequently capable to make the project's success everyone's goal. At IQUOS we have on the one hand the enthusiasm, energy, flexibility and commitment needed to initiate a new and unique entrepreneurial challenge in a rather traditional sector but also an extensive experience in the industry. Our company works in partnership with AQUIDOS (www.aquidos.com) which has a broad track record of completed projects and the know-how, experience and market recognition gained over the last 35. Our team of professionals is fully committed and willing to deliver on-time, on-budget and on-scope projects to our clients. • Logo must consider / reflect the following ideas in the following order of importance: - Only the word “IQUOS” as logo or maybe together with “Project Management” but in any case, IQUOS must stand out by itself. - Quality and trust, our clients delegate lot of responsibility to our team - The logo must give the feeling of modernity as it is a new company. - Dynamism and flexibility differentiate our company from our competitors. - Our sector is construction, but the logo must not refer to any construction element however the aesthetics should not relate to the IT, Fashion or other sectors. - We work closely with architects and engineers therefore, a minimalist, modern and eye-catching design is to be considered. - Avoid too colorful designs. It doesn't need to be black% 26amp; white but with few colors. - An image associated with sustainability could also be positive.
