I need someone to tweak and make my logo look more professional for a hat design.

I 'd like to keep the Northern Territory outline behind the writing, but would like a better font and more professional looking stars/horns.

It needs to be a design that can be embroidered onto a shirt and a hat.

The design can be slightly rearranged into a better design if you can come up with something better.

It needs to keep the TERRITORY TIME writing bigger so it stands out and the RUNNING ON smaller.

I would prefer to keep the colours a more masculine style. Dark red/greys/whites
