Brief de Design de Logo

re-branding of company, new logo's required

The Company as Lifestyle Delivery Systems initially had a single focus, the manufacturing of the delivery method known as CannaStrips and the marketing of that product. In the course of developing the CannaStrip product we also developed expertise in lab extraction and distillation of cannabinoids from the cannabis plant. We found that we were able to produce superior extract and distillate at a more favorable price in house. We also constructed a genetic nursery to begin cross pollinating work on various cannabis strains to produce cannabis plants with ingredients that were closer to the formulation ingredients that are required for CannaStrips and that could be cultivated out doors without pesticides or other harmful additives. The completion of this goal would allow cultivation out doors at a fraction of the indoor price and only require extraction from a single plant as opposed to extracting from multiple plants to obtain the necessary ingredients for our formula. This will have a significant impact on lowering cost of goods while saving time and money on extraction.

These operational expertise have created market opportunities beyond just CannaStrips. It has created 3rd party sales of our extracted products and requests for specific genetic strain seeds and seedlings from our nursery.

Our sales to date are significantly weighted on those 3rd party sales of extracted products (over 80% of our revenue to date is 3rd party) and with seed and seedling products sales on the horizon the company is certainly more laboratory than CannaStrip delivery system.

The core of this company and its number one asset has become its expertise in the laboratory.

The roll back with the new company name will provide the market with a fresh view of the company and its smaller float will hopefully allow for more favorable treatment from the market.
