I am a graphic designer, with a Bachelor's Degree etc. and over 18+ years experience.
My opinion is that you have too much going on in your logo.

1. the name of your business is lost - at least the 'US' part is
2. the font 'construction' does not compliment 'US'.
3. there is too much design going on - it is obvious that you are a 'construction company', because that is the name of your business. By adding the 'triangle' construction image - it adds NO VALUE - because you have already told people that you are a 'construction company'. Are you open to remove that?
4. When you keep a design simple, it is visually better for people that are viewing it. The logo is your business, but it needs to be about your clients, both new and potential and what is easier for them to visually see and clearly understand who you are and what your business name is.
