Brief de Web Design

We need a new logo and a web design for a medical venture fund as soon as possible. We currently do not have a webpage and would like to get one up and running asap. Our current logo is not memorable so would like to have something new. You could use the dna string but we would like for it to look more sleek, serious and smart. This current logo is rather cartoony. We want to have the following sections on one page:

-Name: Medingenii
Ingenii = Genius
- Vision:
We invest in breakthrough technologies in the Medical, Healthcare and Life Science industries.
- Mission
We work with promising Ingenii to advance health care technologies and FemTech to radically impact MEDICAL innovation.

- Our advantages (we have 7 advantages with short description).-- this needs to be in logo.
- Our team (5 members) - we want this to have some movement effect when the cursor go to the team member's photo.
- Our advisors (4 members). same effect as the in the team section however their photos could be smaller than the team.
- Contact form - for entrepreneurs and for investors.
- Office address and social media (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook)

Everything should be on one page.

Our style is sleek, modern, thought-provoking, creative and breakthrough. We want the web page to be able to capture the possibility, vast opportunities for innovation of the medical, healthcare and life science industries.

Our theme colors are black and tangerine orange. It shows passion and bold expression.
