Brief de Design de Flyer

Need one-page template for a technical product. Looking for a clean and high-tech design template. See attached for more detail, deliverable should:
- fit onto a standard 8-1/2" x 11" page
- use Century Gothic text
- the logo already included (but the size can be different)
- Fit all of the information already inserted
- Use blue, gray, white and possibly green.
- Final deliverable needs to be available in Microsoft Word so it can be easily edited.
