Brief de Design de Logo

I am in charge of the marketing department for a production company in the USA. We are launching a large Christmas event this November in McAllen, Texas which is very near the border with Mexico. Each ride in the event will have its own logo. The first ride is "Rudolpho The Bucking Burro." Rudolpho is a donkey (see pictures uploaded) who has a dream of replacing Rudolph and guiding Santa's sleigh. The ride will allow children to sit on Rudolph's back and try not to fall off.We are looking for a DISNEY look and feel but you MUST NOT use Disney fonts. The logo should be fun and in Christmas colors and MUST feature Rudolpho.Although I have uploaded a black and white sketch of Rudolpho, he should be full color with a red nose, like Rudolph which he ties on. He is also wearing a red hat like Santa Claus.
