I have some clarifications for PatientProfile.PNG,

1.All these submenus(patient notes, Order Process) are under patients main menu at the top.
2.Under which menu, this patient profile will come because I don’t see any menu in selected state.
3.I can see Create Task, Create patient and Upload Documents, will that be connected to this PatientProfile screen.
4.What about shoes tab next to patient Details.
5.It would be great, if I can able play around the demo application to suggest better usability.

1. I'm not sure what you're asking, sorry. PatientProfile.PNG is our admin view, PatientProfile2.PNG is what our users see.

2. We search by ID number using search patient or by first/last name then narrowing
down from a grid.

3. Yes, each one of those displays either a pop up or leads to a new page with more information.

4. Clicking on the shoes tab leads to the ShoeOrderPage.png

5. We will have a demo ready by the end of the day and will give you access!

We're looking for a cleaner look than what we currently have, please work on simplifying the patientprofile page and removing the grids.
