We are a group of Ladies working in the international horticulture.

Our sector is dominated by men, and we realized there is a need to provide a platform for women in leading positions to exchange knowledge, inspiration and a female aspect to challenges as well as to support each other

our goal:
To create a network of ladies in leading positions to help each other in our work environment
Helping each other by networking, share knowledge and inspire
By meeting regularily in a relatively smaller group strong network relations can be established
Criteria of managerial position ensures discussion of relevant topics in the industry on eye-level
