Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo. I will also get the logo winner to design a product label (have basic layout for). The logo should feature the logo text at the top, with a picture of a street or house below.

It's for handmade / artisan chips. I've attached some basic references. Its kind of a stencil / rough outline / basic sketch of a landscape - street or house perhaps. My references are close but not exact -they probably have too much detail, I want basic outline, with thick lines, simple. I would like it to be black and white. Easy to print.
I want a premium / rustic feel. It would go on recycled brown paper bag.
Its the kind of crisp you put on your cheese board, with some hummus / olive oil, white wine. I want that nostalgic, premium feel - a neighbourhood street we can all relate to. A look almost like some of the labelling for NZ wine bottles.

It would be great to have the project done in Adobe Illustrator so that I can edit and use the logo.

I have uploaded the labels I am currently using. The next step is creating a label incorporating the logo. I need one for Sea Salt and one for Cinnamon & Sugar.
