Brief de Design de Logo

I'm looking for a logo for a new blog that I want to launch.

The title of the new blog is called "Unrestrained Talent" I was thinking of calling it UTalent for short. There is some important background to the name that you may find relevant.

I recently fought a court battle in the Federal court with my ex-Business partner. She won a court order to prevent me from working for a competitive company (or for any competitor anywhere in the world) for 2 full years. This judgement received quite a lot of publicity in Australia. So I am "restrained" from working for 2 years with the company I want to work for.

So the title "Unrestrained Talent" is a bit of a play on my situation
1) I may be restrained from working, but you can't restrain me from providing analysis and commentary on the recruitment/talent space.
2) My blog will be commenting on the latest techniques to recruit the very talent for companies... so Unrestrained Talent also means no restraints or restrictions to getting the very best talent.

I have registered the domain name Utalent.com.au for the blog.

I tend to like serif fonts rather than san serif... clean modern look rather than traditional.

Well I've received a few designs now.  There are some elements of designs that I like, but so far there are no designs that make really excited.... Here's a few more thoughts to help guide you.

1) The domain I have registered is UTalent,  so I would like the design to emphasise this, not UT.

2) We need to demonstrate what the U stands for  as in Unrestrained TALENT, so we need the word Unrestrained in the logo, with the U emphasised.

3) I quite like a splash of colour (perhaps calling out the U from the rest of the word Unrestrained), not too fussed on the specific colour at this stage

4) Like a clean modern look (with sans-serif fonts)

I hope this helps you all out.  Looking forward to reviewing your designs.  Will aim to give more feedback in the next 24-36 hours.
