Brief de Design de Logo

I want to create an image for an outside catering company to target the wedding market without alienating/scaring off any other catering events.
I understand that the traditional wedding 'look'of roses etc is very popular but I would like to steer away from this over romantic/air brushed imagary. A modern and fresh look that reflcts the service and food that can be expected.
A sense of luxury is important

Packaging and stationary will need to stand out and want to be looked at further.

• Just an idea! I had a 'wax stamp' emblem logo in mind but couldnt get it to work myself, I wanted to be able to package menus and 'seal' them send qoutes in 'sealed' letters to add luxury and excitement and anticipation to mirror how they are feeling generally about there wedding plans.
