Brief de Design Invitation

Jack is a sports strategy (football, basketball, hockey) enthusiast, and I want to create a Bar Mitzvah invitation that sets up like a sports coach's whiteboard (or blackboard), and to do so in an elegant and sophisticated manner.

I imagine linking elements to tell a story using arrows and symbols which might be used to illustrate plays in a sport (these do not have to be legitimate symbols)

The basic elements that I would like included and linked are as follows:
1. L'Dor Vador, translated: from generation to generation
2. the boy becomes the man as he reads from the Torah a particular passage with its Hebrew name: Parashat Achrei Mot / פרשת אחרי מות
3. this occurs on a particular date April 12, 2014 which equates to 12 Nisan 5774
4. at a particular time, from 17:00 to 18:00
5. at a particular synagogue, at a particular address
6. this will be followed by a party to celebrate, from 18:30 to 23:59
7. the party will be at a particular venue, at a particular address, which will require that the guests move in their vehicles, and valet parking will be provided at the party venue

Happy to work with non-standard sizes of paper.

I need a companion RSVP card that allows people to opt in to one or both of the synagogue service and the party.
