Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company called: Manuracturing Consultants. The company offers coaches qualified in continuous improvement methodologies and provide manufacturing optimization techniques. The company offers qualified Coaches with more than 3,000 hours of training provided for both managers and technical staff. We would like a design that reflects safety, quality and quality in terms of the manuracture process after being our clients. As a logo, we should consider a combination of machinery gears with people, be it a thinking head or forms of people transmitting harmony and improvement keep going. The intention is to understand that there is an interrelation between the continuous improvement of processes with the growth of people.
