Brief de Design de Logo

HB Auto Lock is a specialist automotive locksmith company in Hawkes Bay, NZ. We need a fresh new logo for an update on our branding.
The logo needs to be flexible enough to have a large form with text, and a smaller form that's just a character.
The text should be bold and impactful, the character should be a cartoon or stylized ninja holding a car key. For the Ninja itself, simple is better - not too much detail.
Our company colours are Orange contrasted with White and Dark Grey. I'm pretty flexible on the colours though.
Number one priority for the text is that it is bold, and number one priority for the ninja is that it looks cool!

Also uploaded is a tentative example of what my van will look like. You can see where the text will go, and I'm thinking of tiling the ninja in the orange part.

Exigences

Doit avoir

• Impact, clean lines, a "cool" factor, a ninja dude.
• UPDATE: I just want to reiterate, the "HB AUTO LOCK" text should really look LOUD.
• Also, the ninja guy should be small, cute but aggressive. Imagine Yosemite Sam if he were a faceless ninja - that kind of attitude.

Bien d'avoir

• I THINK the ninjas holding the car key would be cool, but I'm open to the idea that that might not look good. I will specify though that the key HAS to be a CAR KEY. The most recognisable version of this would have cuts along both sides.

Ne doit pas comporter

• Elegant cursive text. Italics is fine but elegant is not the look we're going for. Also, I'm imagining something with very simple lines - not a lot of detail.
• UPDATE: Please no submissions that have different size or colour fonts for the individual words of HB AUTO LOCK. Those should all be the same size and colour.
• Also, no locksmith cliches like a keyhole in the O of Lock, or the shell of a car over the company name!
