Brief de Design de Logo

Hi, we are looking for someone to the resigned logo we currently have, we need a logo that is more minimal, simplistic, clean and that ties in more of what we do in terms of cocktail, drinks, and bar equipment but still keeping it edgy and cool. We are currently a Cocktail and Events Catering company that offers, a range of services from Event Management, Cocktail Classes, Private Cocktail Mixologists and other staff for party's and events.In the first photo, you will see our current logo while we like this we and redesigning the logo to be simpler so we can use it on packaging and branding for a new product we are releasing shortly.The second, third and fourth photos are the types of packaging that the logo will be displayed on and also examples of branding and packaging that we like in this product sector. The final design needs to be modern, minimalise, sleek and prefered colours are black and white mainly but would like to see some one or 2 tone colours as well with both a text and graphics component.If possible the graphic although minimal should the main part of the logo and as well must be able to stand alone with text when used in packaging but this is flexible for a great design.Further work possible for package, website and business card design as well.
