Brief de Design de T-shirt

I need to have all of the items shown on my sketch provided: The Orcus Fire & Risk logo being shot out of the two foam (white liquid) trailers (with Protect o Burn logo on each trailer) from both sides. The logo should be floating on top of a burning atmospheric storage tank (like a petroleum tank). The date and location should be at the bottom. At the bottom of the tank, there should be a little pickup with another liquid being shot at the petroleum tank with the FireIce logo on the pickup trip.
