Brief de Design de Logo

I help busy Muslim parents ages 25-45 get lean and muscular by coaching them through individualized interval training online and in-person. I'm a NASM CPT but a StrongFirst SFG1 as well, and so my first love (in the world of physical fitness) is kettlebells. I have helped many clients achieve results without them so they are not absolutely central to my brand, but they are my personal preferred modality. Many of the clients I will help going forward (people without much exercise/fitness experience) might not use them all that much, but when they're ready I will definitely start incorporating them.
