Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new massage business that uses Ceragem massage tables (far infrared heat in jade rollers for an amazing deep tissue, healing massage/chiropractic replacement). I love jewel tones, especially deep purples, and I want to have a gemstone theme, since "gem" is in the name of the table (due to the jade in the rollers, I would guess). I was really inspired by the feeling evoked by a picture in a kids' book I came across recently - I would love to somehow capture the essence and colors of it (attached), but again incorporating the gem theme.
