The client is launching a project management company with a focus on the Commercial and Light-Industrial Construction industries. The managing director has over 30 years of experience in the industry and is respected as a leader in his field.

The company, Vigilant Management, will integrate his approach to project management into its core principles. The managing director has a unique focus on client and stakeholder management which has enabled him to successfully deliver capital projects valued in excess of $500 million.

His personal priorities for project management are: 1) A collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement; 2) A steadfast monitoring of cost/scope/schedule for projects; and 3) Ensuring the proper safety and quality processes are in place for all jobs.

The company is located in St. John's, NL, Canada which is a small city with a tight-knit business community. The managing director is well-known in business and has an extensive network of contacts in multiple industries. He has served as Chair of various industry associations and has a gold-plated reputation.

The company will provide project and construction management consulting services to clients in the Province and will establish itself as a leader in commercial construction project management by building a team of like-minded professionals to service the needs of clients.
