Brief de Design de Logo

Need logo design for my real estate and mortgage business in Southern California. It is a small organization, that offers personalized attention and service, but I am not necessarily trying to emphasize that it is a small office. Current logo is shown in upload, feel it is too commercial/strong looking and Iacks innovation. I would like to have something more unique and creative that will appeal to younger clientele yet still resonates professionalism. Design does not necessarily need to include the company name and/or initials in the logo itself or it can, I am open to ideas either way. I do not have a tag line, open to suggestions as well.

For business card: I would like a design that would allow for a head shot photo, can be single or double sided.

• Design does not necessarily need to have company name initials or a roof line silhouette. Would like to see a little softer, less commercial look. Logo can be contemporary, fun or abstract. Use of decorative, fun or script font letters are ok but not required as long as not too hard to read or too frilly.
