Brief de Design de Logo

We need help designing a new company logo. The company is Air Representatives. Air Representatives serves the food industry by providing air lines, hotels and restaurants with plastic serving trays. We want our logo simple (like the one attached). We would like "Air" navy blue and "Representatives" red. We also like the graphic design to have the A and the R within a shape...probably a circle (like what is attached) but we are open to ideas. We would like a tag line below the logo that reads, "We serve you, so you can serve others."
