Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company based in Adelaide, Australia called VisionGap Consulting. I work in the corporate world and I assist organisations to close the gap between their current position and their strategic vision - through their people. The interventions I put in place can be at an individual, team or organisational level. Work I do is coaching, change management, organisational development - I am an organisational psychologist and have a strong focus on getting business outcomes through people. I want a logo that is professional, corporate, simple and sophisticated - but not boring!
