Brief de Design de Logo

I need a stand out logo for my website and training content. All content will have a neuroscience focus as brain-based therapeutic and well-being training programs and counselling services. I have a specific idea of the logo I would like, although I am also open to creative interpretation. I would like the words "Go Neuro" to be emphasised in larger font with a short phrase underneath "Knowledge Empowers Success" in smaller font. I would like a cutting edge brain image similar to or better than the one below please (Electrified looking brain would be great). I also like how the brain below is holographic (slightly transparent) compared to some images which are solid. For the font I have a goal in mind. I would LOVE the font to be an electrified look (similar to neural pathways firing in the brain), with some sparks of electricity going through it. Colour wise, I like the idea of a black background with the font being an electric blue (although happy to look at other suggestions you may have). I'm open to creative, modern cutting edge interpretations of how we can represent the brand name "Go Neuro" and make it stand out as a high tech futuristic looking logo. Thank you for your help and I can't wait to see what you come up with.

• I would also LOVE to have the gap between 'o' and 'N' (of 'Go Neuro') include a synaptic connection. This would look like a synapse bulb coming off each of the two letters as per the picture attached and some neurotransmitter like dots travelling between the two words (similar effect to how neurotransmitters travel between two synapses).
• Possibly a black background? or open to suggestion.
