Brief de Design de Logo

"We need a logo in real estate and based in Italy.
We sell home at almost zero cost and we provide the same guarantee and security as a professional network.
I upload just an idea, a draft (it's orribile I know :-) ) and we don't like becouse the draft don't communicate.
We would like to see design that use the same color of Rayanar or Ikea, and we want communicate:
- safety and
- ease
However the main objiective is that the logo is easy to remember.
