Brief de Design de Flyer

I would like a one page flyer made up outlining our logo, project photos and written text & point form text of what we do. I would like the layout to be a very clean and modern look, potentially even in a geometric design. I will attached a copy of the logo as well as the two original text files for the text in the logo to use throughout. I will upload the images that I would like incorporated. This will be done in a 8.5" x 11" standard page size. I also need a 2nd smaller version in a postcard size 5.8" x 4.1" that should look similar but have only the point form text points.
