Brief de Design de Logo

I have worked for almost 20 years in large construction companies in Costa Rica. Now it's time to create my own construction company. I want a modern, fresh, impressive and professional logo. The idea is that future clients feel confident and sure of wanting to give us the opportunity and work with us and that it is a logo that lasts as the company develops.My name is Bernardo Torres and the name of the company is TORRES DESCO (DESCO means DEsarrollo and COnstruccion) This should be read in Spanish.I had made a preview of a logo which I attached, but do not limit yourself to that idea. Although I like the idea that the "T" of TORRES stands out.
