Brief de Design de Logo

Hello! I am starting a private practice providing therapy to patients. I like the color electric blue. I would like to have fun with the concept of "Glowing" so please incorporate that somehow. One design with a sun or light bulb is just an idea I have but please feel free to do one design with my idea and one where your creativity flows as you wish. I would like the image in vector format so that I can resize it easily.

I also like the concept of a logo on the left and the text on the right like the included picture from an artist here.
