I was just told by the other partner doctors that they prefer NO birds after all in the logo. So no herons, ducks, geese, swans, etc. Sorry that this wasn't communicated originally. I was under the impression that they were fine.

What does Payment Not Guaranteed mean for designers?

When a project is marked as guaranteed it means that the customer has committed to paying out a designer and has waived their right to get their money back. If it is not guaranteed, the customer can opt to get a refund of their money.

You can determine if a project is guaranteed by viewing the job brief and looking out for the following image marked on the project:
