Brief de Design de Flyer

The target audience are new home owners so the design needs to be clean and simple.

This a primarily for Final Expense Insurance, but need an area where it says "We Also Specialize In:"
- Medicare Supplement Insurance (MediGap)
- Annuities
- Final Expense

All flyer versions need to be editable. Colors to be used are red, white or black. Refer to my website for colors and photos (readinessinsurance.com). Will attach my logo and a flyer that I found online that is the format that I am looking for (for 8.5 in. x 11 in version). Need flyer in standard letter size 8.5 in. x11 in. but also in 8.5 in. x 5.5 in and 5.0 in. x 8.0 in. All sizes to be portrait oriented. If picked as winning design, need all flyer versions in full color, also in grey scale and files in all industry file types.

• Need flyer in standard letter size 8.5 in. x11 in. but also in 3.5 in. x 8.5 in (Full Bleed 3.75 in by 8.75 in.) and 4.0 in. x 6.0 in. (Full Bleed 4.12 in x 6.12 in) Each design tailored to the size dimensions (So no squeezing 8.5 x 11 design into a 4.0 x 6.0 space.) All sizes to be portrait oriented. If picked as winning design, need all flyer versions in full color, also in grey scale and files in all file types.
• Do not need physical address on flyer, do need email address on flyer though - bmanos@readinessinsurance.com
• So phone number should be prominent, email address and website address should also be contact area.
• If you can not agree to terms above, do not submit any designs.
• Need facebook & twitter logos somewhere in contact info area.
