Brief de Web Design

There is a good explanation of what we do at existing website yourphonescovered.com.au.

We are getting traffic and now want to increase conversions and reduce drop offs. We need to create trust very quickly.

Once website done we will be looking to redesign logo.

We want to use “F” shaped reading pattern for website viewers. 2 very rough ideas on attached wireframes docs. The winning site only needs to follow the rough layout – no need for boxes, etc. Looking for creative help here!

One page needed (home page) that easily becomes all other pages without a "price reference" (see wire frames).

All existing pages will have new/updated content added with extra pages added.

Thank you for this great opportunity currently i am working on your design but i have some doubts, here is the unfinished version. In your wire frame on right bottom there is a box telling Customer testimonials & feedback, News blogs etc.., Ask a question and answer a question. all there are buttons, that links to other pages ? please advice, then i can continue with the design Thank you

My Answer
The idea is that the box (bottom right of wireframe) can be anyone of those items. On some pages it will be a testimonial, on others it will be a question like "tell us what stresses you about answering your phones?" and give us an email address to enter a competition (its about us grabbing the lead!), on other pages it might be news - if we have any recent (I hate sites with news from 2010). So the box will be on almost all pages. We were thinking it might be two boxes - perhaps the other one was a mini form along the lines of "Need some more info? Ask us anything" with a space for email, phone and the question
